Well,
Life can really change in an instant. We found out 3 weeks aga that my Pappy has leukemia. It is all so surreal to me at this point. We are just waiting for him to get a CT Scan and Bone Marrow scan at the Cancer Care Alliance in like 2 weeks, so i will post more then. We are on Spring Break and i am ready to go back to work already. I love my boy...I love my boy. That is what i keep telling myself each time that i want to ring his cute little neck!

I have started the HCG Diet and have done relativly well so far. I think that i have lost around 5lbs. in just under a week. it is a very strict and hard diest, but they lbs just melt away with the daily injections.

i was call to be 2nd Counselor in the Young Womens Pres. I was the teacher, but i was complaining about it, so the Lord saw fit to make me have even more responsibility! He is always laughing at me!

Oh my! Time has flown by and it is almost November! So far things are going well. I ended up not taking the job at Enterprise, and am officially at lakeland. I have been having a blast. However, i have been sick the last 2 days, so that sucks. Marathon plans are on hold due to my body protesting. My hips were killing me, so i have decided to work really hard at losing weight and see if that helps at all with my running. My birthday was fun. I got to go see WICKED. It was amazing! I would highly recommend it to everyone. Scott might lose his job in November, so we are doing alot of praying that it doesn't come to that.

Am i crazy???? i have decided to really do this. my friend heidi and i are going to run the Seattle Marathon in November. I am starting to think that i am a big fool for saying that i would do this. we ran/walked 8.5 miles yesterday and it took us 1 hour 53 min. my sweet friend has to walk more than i do, so i am actuallly not feeling so tired at the end of the time. We should have done 10 miles yesterday, but oh well. i am going to try to run it alone and see if i can run the same course without walking. we shall see. maybe i can get my sissy to run it with me.

YEAH ME!!!!! I finally broke into the district! I finally have a position at Enterprise Elementary. It is a 6 hour position and i will get benefits, and will be paid during the summer. How great is that. I am so happy, but sad too. i am going to miss my friends and all the kids at Lakeland. The principal is so fun at my new school, i knew her from when i worked at Curves. Small world>

FINALLY! Landon finally lost his 1st tooth before school ended this last year. It really makes his under bite stand out. Maybe he will lose his top ones before he graduates High School. My miracle boy is so CUTE!

i was wondering if the sun would ever return? LOL! WEll, we got called into the doc't this last week and told that poor scotty has some really rare thing. like 1 in 5000000 people ever get. so it is the cause of our "no babies". it is reallly hard to come to grips with it. of all the people in the world, how in the heck did we find each other. i can't ovulate, and scott has no sperm. i know now that the Lord's hand was at work when we had Landon. the doc said there is now way that he should ever been able to have been born. i guess that i bugged him enough that he said "okay, i will send you a chil, and he will be smarter than his parents by the time that he is 3." so our next evdeavor is to try to save money for adoption. i just keep having these dreams that we have this little girl who has the cutest pigtails. so maybe we have a little girl out there waiting for us to get her. pray for us. we need it. as we come to grips with the news......

Well, we have found out the reason why we have not been able to get pregnant. My poor husband had to get his spermy tested and discovered that he has absolutly no sperm. It was really crazy. The doctor tried to accuse him of having a vasectomy. So he was sent to a Urologist. He now has to have a "proceedure". And a painful one at that. So, to make things short and sweet... It looks like we are for sure done having anymore kids. :( So unless we come up with $6000 to adopt, Landon will be our only one. Oh, and our little puppy Kaenei.

Here is Landon with his cousin Stella and his Uncle Steve. Auntie Claudia is in the back ground. This trip was very interesting. Landon got really sick the night before we were to leave on the airport. he was very grumpy the whole trip and about drove his parents to the crazy house! He wasn't sure what to think of his Uncle Steve. But he very much liked his Uncle Dallin. Well, We will probably be going back next year for a Family Reunion. Wish us Luck!

This is Landon at the end of his school's "Terrific Kid" assembly. He was chosen for the month of February. We were very surprised because he gets very bored at school so he gets in trouble. This was a great day!

So Landon had a b-ball game today. And let me tell you...I will never coach again after this season. One of the parents today had the audasity to come up and complain to me that she thought that her son didn't play enough. I am trying to do my best with subs and all, and I can only do so much when the little boys are asking to come out. Who do i put in? I wanted to look at her and say that maybe she should coach. And to make things worse, Landon cried almost the whole came, and I am PMSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So we woke up today to about 2 inches of snow. It was fun to see. We had 2 hour late start at school. the snow was almost gone by the time school started. So, next month we get to fly to Wisconsin. Now why Wisconsin? Well, Scott is from there and his family is still there. They bought us tickets, so we will be there for our Spring Break. I just hope that the snow is gone when we get there. I hate flying, and it doesn't help that there has been 3 plane crashes in the last month. There are always at least 3 plane crashes right before we are to fly. So, please think good thoughts for us.

Oh my goodness! Scott and I went to see "Twilight" again at the $2 theater. It was better the second time. I would highly recommend seeing it again. I just love the story, and the characters. I think that the second time seeing it, I wasn't as critical of the movie being exactly like the book. Although, it is pretty close. But I noticed different things that I hadn't even caught the first time. I can hardly wait for November of this year, because that is when the "New Moon" Movie comes out. I will be there on opening night again. I hope that all of you love it just as much as I do. It makes me...........

Landon is very excited cause he just made a basketbal in his first basketball game. Our game acutally went pretty well, despite the fact that we have only had one real practice. All these little boys just want to shoot the ball no matter where they are. There was no score kept, but if there was, our team would have won. One game down, 7 to go.

Well, I am coaching Landon's basketball team. It is a team of all boys ages 5-7. I think that I am about to go CRAZY. We have our first game on Saturday, Feb 14. And man is it going to be fun. Our kids have no idea how to do anything. But I keep telling them that they will learn. And boy am I learning patience. Sorry no pics, we don't have a camera right now. I hope that all is well with my friends.

Is there ever any time for me? That sounds very mean and selfish, but I think that you all know what I mean. I am totally PMSing and I just want to ring someone's neck. And unfortunately, it usually means my poor husband gets the brunt of everything. I need to get away and just have quiet. I try to just go into my room at night, and my wonderful husband thinks its his cue to turn off the TV in the front room and round up Landon and the dog and bring them into our room. The place I just escaped too. I have even tried to close the dorr thinking that, maybe he would get the hint. Being that i never close the door. But you guessed it. He doesn't. I love him, I really do, but Ithink that our husbands our certainly "wired" different than us wives or women in general. Maybe one day I will get "my time"?

Well, still no word on the job front. I wish I could just find out so that I could stop stressing. It snowed here this morning. Only about 3/4", but it was still pretty. The roads were slick too. We have a short work week, which is nice. Now our next break won't be until Feb. 16 and17. Our "Mid-Winter Break." Then I think that we have to wait until Spring Break at the end of March, which in case you haven't heard, we are flying to Wisconsin to see Scott's family. His wonderful family bought tickets for us. I think that they are really just excited to see Landon. Ha-Ha-ha. We will be spending 10 days there and then back to work. This school year is going by fast.

Well, my week is coming to an end and I am glad. I had my job interview. I still haven't heard anything about whether I got it or not. I had my blood test to see if my progesterone levels are up, and still haven't heard yet. I am very tired, and I want to sleep. Our dog is driving me CRAZY!!!! I can't sit down anywhere without him running over to sit on my lap. Even if he is stting with someone else, he will still come over to sit with me. UUUUGGGHHHHHH. WEll, That has been my week in a nut shell.

How fun is it to find Friends on Facebook. Scott just recently got onto it and has had fun finding friends from back in the day. I am trying to get a job with the School district here in a Deaf and Hard of Hearing class(pre-K thru 1st gr). I have an interview this Wed, and I am nervous. I have been subbing in the class for the last 4 months, but still, it will be hard to get since I am not super fluent in Sign. I am getting better but I need to remember to sign when I talk to others in the class. I have no problem signing to the kids. I get very nervous when I sign to the adults because they are all Certified Sign Interpreters. They know that I am learning, but still I am very self-conscious.
I just live Taylor Swift's new song "Love Story". Have any of you heard it? It is so very cute. I actually heard it for the first time and a CMT special where Taylor Swift sang some songs with Def Leopard. I know that the combination sounds completely odd, but to my surprise, it was great. They did some of each's songs together. Even my husband liked it. That says alot. I hope that you are all doing well.

Well, life is fun some days. I woke up last night with a horrendous BLADDER INFECTION!!! I have never had one before, but I will tell you what, Labor was better that this. I didn't sleep at all because I was in the bathroom every 30 secs. I finally got into the doctor at 12:15 today(Wednesday) and I got my meds. Hallelujah!!!!! I feel a little better, i think. I am on some pain meds too, so maybe they are just working.
Landon's teacher from school called today. I got a little nervous when I heard her message, but it ended up being something wonderful. She wants to put Landon into 1st grade reading class. Can you believe it? Our little boy is so smart. I think that he could go onto 1st grade for everything. Just Kidding. That is the very pleased momma talking. He definitley needs to learn the kindergarten things. He isn't too excited to go because it will mean that he will have to miss morning RECESS. So we have some convincing to do. Wish us luck

Well, I have never been an advocate of things like Myspace or the other internet sites like it, but I have to say that I recently got onto Facebook, and I have had an absolute blast finding old friends. Some have not changed at all, but some have changed so much that i hardly recognize them. It is funny how much we change as we mature. I know that life moves on, but sometimes it feels like I stay in the same spot. I love seeing all my old freinds. We aren't so "little" anymore.

Well, I write on this and no response. Oh well. I have been finding a lot of friends on Facebook lately. It is fun and weird to see how everyone has changed and grown up. Sometimes I feel like I am still the same kid I was. Then I see old friends and then it hits me that I must have grown up.
So here is the update on the Family. WE are trying to get Pregnant, AGAIN! We are on our 2nd cycle of Clomid and we are hoping that it works this time. It has been over 6 years, and Landon is wanting a brother. He says he already has names picked out. What a funny boy. WEll, I just wish that my "ta-tas" would stop growing! Everytime that I take Clomid my girls seem to grow a whole size each month. My husband loves it, but I am growing out of my clothes! When is the madness going to end? I keep trying to tell myself that it is for the best. If we get a baby out of it all, then the big "ta-ta's" will be okay. WEll, take care to all

WoW! Can You believe that Christmas has come and gone so fast? It hardly felt like it was Christmas to me. Our snow is finally melting. The rain has moved in. I think that we will actually be able to go to church tomorrow. It has bee 3 weeks. The snow was so bad, that they cancelled.

Here it is on Christmas Eve and it is SNOWING!!!!! I love it. We don't have much planned for today. Scott is at work until 3pm and then tonight we will go to my parents for a little food and visiting. Tomorrow will be low key as well. We will open presents here and then go to my parents to open gifts and eat breakfast. WE are going to try to go see a movie. We will see how the weather goes. Well, Landon seems to be a natural on the snowboard. He fell only once and then could go down the hill perfect. This snowboard in the picture is not his. The next day, his Grandma Barbara sent him Christmas money and we went to Target and bought him one. So now he thinks he is hot stuff. He looks like he has been snowboarding his whole life.

Santa!!!!!!! This was our 25th year going to this same Santa house. My mother still makes us go now even though we are all grown-up. My husband and brother-in-law dread it every year. I think that the only time they will get a repreive is when mom decides to pass on. So they have a good 3o years to go. Now the grandkids are the main focus, but we all still get in the photo. Well, We have finally had another baby! He is so cute. He is black and tan and has four legs. His name is Kaenei. Landon named him and we have no idea where that name came from. he is absolutely adorable. When we get pics of him, I will post them. I was up until 4am this morning trying to get him to stay in his bed. Stinking "mother instinct". he finally slept for a little while and then Landon was up at 7am. here goes the fun. Wish us luck

Well, We went and visited our puppy yesterday, and he is so CUTE!!! We got to play with the whole litter, and man, I wanted to bring all of them home. Landon has decided to call him Kainei(sp???). I have no idea where he got the name, but he is set on it. Our puppy is a Dachshund. It is about 3/4 miniture, and is one of the only ones with somewhat long hair. His color is very different than his brother's and sister's. He is so adorable. Our camera died, so we will have to wait to get pictures of him when we actually have him in a couple of weeks. he is still too little to be away from mom. so come back and see the pics soon.

Scott came home yesterday and said that someone at work has a dog that just had puppies. Well, long story short, we are getting a Dachsund(sp) puppy. We will be getting it November 11th. We have seen pictures and it is very cute. Landon has decided to call it Snowflake. It is black and brown mix, so who knows where the Snowflake name came from. Maybe it will change??? I will post pictures of it when we get some. Wish us luck!

Soccer day

Today was soccer day. I started out by watching one of my neices playing soccer, and then we went to Landon's game. His team won 5 to 3. Landon scored 3 goals. This game was a big improvement from the last time that they played this team. They lost 15 to 5. So GOOD JOB Boys. The weather was great too. Sunny but cold. Tomorrow is our Primary Program at church. It is going to be so cute. I need to get some pics of Landon playing soccer so that I can post them. I am so bad with pics.

What a day! Sometimes I wish I could curl up and sleep all day. It always seems like everyone around me is getting pregnant. I try to be happy for them, but inside it kills me even more. I know that I should focus on being a good mom to Landon, but it is hard when everytime you turn around, someone else is pregnant. Sorry about the venting. I am totally PMSing and i get every emotional. I need my friend Megan. She would cheer me up. Why do you ghave to live all the way in IDAHO!!!!

I had a great birthday party on saturday night. Lots of friends came over. Lots of food and fun. Landon scored 4 goals in his soccer game on saturday. He is a stud!

I Started a new job last week. I took a job with the School District so that I could have more time with Landon. I am an On-Call Sub for various positions. This last couple of days I have been a sub para-educator in a Kindergarten and 1st grade Deaf and hard of hearing class. It has been so fun. I used to know sign language, but I haven't used it in so long and alot has changed since i did learn it. But I have really enjoyed learning with these cute kids. They have been so great. I really want to go back to school to become a sign language interpreter. I just need to find the time and the $$$$$. I can't believe that I am turning 31 this week. It feels weird. Landon will be 6 in November. Time goes way too fast.
